04 Quotes, Proposals, and Project Agreements
Any pricing, estimates, proposals, or project information provided by Venue Transform are based on the information available at the time of preparation.
A quote or proposal does not constitute a final agreement until the applicable project terms have been accepted by the customer.
Final pricing may depend on approved designs, dimensions, materials, finishes, installation requirements, site conditions, shipping, and other project-specific factors.
Where applicable, the customer's signed proposal, agreement, invoice, or other written project documentation will govern the specific scope, pricing, payment schedule, and project requirements.
05 Design Approval and Custom Work
Because Venue Transform provides custom design and fabrication services, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, dimensions, layouts, materials, finishes, and other project specifications before fabrication begins.
Once a customer approves a custom design or fabrication order, changes may result in additional costs, delays, or other adjustments to the project.
Custom-fabricated products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once fabrication has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable project agreement.
06 Payment Terms
Payment requirements vary depending on the project and will be communicated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
A deposit or initial payment may be required before design development, material procurement, fabrication, or other work begins.
Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make payments when due may result in delays, suspension of work, additional charges, or termination of the project, subject to the applicable agreement and applicable law.
07 Installation and Site Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing Venue Transform with accurate information about the project site and any conditions that may affect design, fabrication, delivery, or installation.
Customers may be required to provide appropriate site access and coordinate with the venue owner, property manager, general contractor, or other relevant parties when necessary.
Additional work caused by unforeseen site conditions, inaccurate measurements or information provided by the customer, structural conditions, restricted access, or changes requested after approval may result in additional costs or project delays.
08 Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries, requesting quotes, providing measurements, approving designs, or entering into a project agreement.
Customers are responsible for reviewing project documents and communicating any corrections or concerns before approving designs or fabrication.
Customers must also ensure that Venue Transform and its installation team have reasonable access to the project site when installation services are included.
